These terms apply when you use finda.legal (“Find A Legal Professional”, “we”, “us”). The site is operated by Okari Holdings LTD, a company registered in England & Wales. By submitting the form on this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not submit the form.

1. What we do

We introduce people with a possible legal claim to vetted UK solicitors. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We do not represent you in any matter.

When you submit the form, the details you provide are passed to one or more solicitors on our panel. A solicitor will then contact you to discuss whether they can help. Any legal relationship that follows is strictly between you and that solicitor - not with us.

2. Free for claimants

Submitting an enquiry is free. You pay nothing to us. Panel firms pay us a fee for successful introductions; that fee does not come out of any compensation you receive. If a panel solicitor offers you a “no win, no fee” arrangement, the cost of that arrangement is set out in the agreement you sign with them, not with us.

3. Your information must be true

The details you give us through the form must be accurate and your own. Do not submit information about anyone else without their permission. Solicitors rely on the facts you provide; deliberately false information can prejudice a claim and may constitute fraud.

4. What we cannot promise

We cannot promise that any specific solicitor will take your case, that any case will succeed, or how much any successful claim will be worth. We also cannot promise the site will always be available, error-free, or virus-free. We exclude all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Our liability

We accept liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Beyond that, our liability to you for any matter arising out of your use of the site is capped at £100. We are not liable for any losses that flow from the conduct of a panel solicitor - any such claim is between you and them.

6. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting the form you confirm you have read it and understand how your data will be used.

7. Complaints

If something has gone wrong with our service, email admin@okari.ai with the word “Complaint” in the subject. We will acknowledge within five working days and aim to resolve within twenty.

If your complaint is about a panel solicitor, raise it directly with their firm in the first instance - they are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and have their own complaints procedure.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date you submit the form. The “last reviewed” date at the top of this page tells you when it was last changed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
